Nightlife Photography: Lipgloss at La Rumba Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary with BAIO (Vampire Weekend)

Denver’s longest-running indie dance club night, Lipgloss, turned 10 years old last Friday. Special guest BAIO (Chris Baio from Vampire Weekend) was on decks, joining resident DJs boyhollow and Option4. Needless to say, this was a momentous date and a big deal for Lipgloss, which has gathered national attention and regularly brings big-name musical talent to Denver.

Another fun-filled night of dancing, music and cheap drinks at Lipgloss. One of these days, I’ll have to get myself a nice ultra-wide angle lens. 17mm just doesn’t seem wide enough for some club shots anymore.
